Motion Capture 2019 / Cortex cleanup

Using cortex to clean up the motion capture data making sure that all markers are in the right place and that the data does not have any holes.

issues i had on cleaning up the data was when the markers of the joints would disappear making it harder to join up the holes in the data.

once working around the other marker joints it was much more easier to clean up the other markers.
